Swimming

I was so excited to go to  the Dean Greenwood swimming pool. When we first went inside the Dean greenwood swimming pool it was really hot but when I went in the water it was so cold.  The instructor said to put my head under the water so I did. When I sat on the wall she asked us to tell her my name and she said can you jump in safely so I did but it made a small  splash.

This is my lent poster that I did today this poster is about lent is a 

very special poster the colour of lent is always to be purple and it cant 

change lent is a season of reflection and lent is 40 days so that is 6 weeks.

Michael Mangan Recount

I didn’t know that we were going to go down to the church until I looked at the screen.

It said “Shout out Joy”. We sang lots of lovely songs to Jesus. It was hot inside the church. I just sang because I had to do what my class was doing. After we sang all of the songs we were so so happy. Michael Mangan came to the church and sang with us. We said our lunch prayers with him. He was also funny. He has been singing songs for the Catholic churches for many years. Michael came out from Australia.

Hi my name is Siaki I go Christ The King. My  favourite thing to do is art because I want  to draw Jesus.

My culture is Tongan. It  is where my Mum and Dad went to school together and grew up together.

 I am good at sport. 

The sport I play is rugby for Marist. My goals are to be responsible for myself and to worry about myself. My challenge is maths because I need to work at my times tables.

 I am going to be a senior next year so I want to be a better role model. My mum inspires to do my homework.
